If you suspect there is an issue with your order or if your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vlchandfans.com with the subject line “Order Update” or “Order Issue”, and include your full name, order number, and contact details.

Shipping Information

• We are based in the United Kingdom.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days from confirmation of purchase.

• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days thereafter.

• All orders are sent via tracked shipment. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

International Orders & Customs  

For orders shipped outside the UK:

• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

• Customs processing may delay delivery, and we unfortunately cannot estimate or influence these charges or timescales.

 

Returns Policy  

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

• To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot process refunds for items not received by us.

Returns Process  

• Once your return is received, it will be inspected.

• We will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer's processing times.

• Return shipping costs are not refundable, except where goods are confirmed faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
