If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  




We ship our fans in two or three days from receipt of order confirmation if they are in stock. If they are not, we will let you know immediately and will inform you the new shipping date. Once they are shipped, they can take three to five days for delivery. We always ship the hand fans with a tracked shipment. 




You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for returns cost unless the goods are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case that we don’t receive the returned item, you won't be refunded, so please ensure your return is tracked. 




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please, note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
